Editors Guidlines

Editing is the field talent. Editing in the directory can be an exciting, fun and gratifying experience. In order to maintain a peaceful relationship and happy community, we do have a few rules and regulation. To become editors you need to know about guideline that are listed below.

Editor application forum should be submitted, you verify that you have read, agree to, and will abide by the following terms and conditions:

Status:

No payment for services or compensation for services rendered by www.Sodho.com  editors. All websites added are contributions to the directory for the sole purpose of working to make a top notch, international directory.

Editor Age Compliance:

In accordance with the Laws of the Sodho.com, and specifically the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1999, we cannot accept editors who are under the age of 13. Persons who are 13 years of age and older are welcome to apply for editor.

Copyright Infringement:

All websites bellows to their owners and websites copyright are with the owner itself and copyright protected by law of judiciary.  When suggesting/validating a description or opinion, you may not

(1)   Copy sentences or phrases from the website being described.

(2)   From another directory or search engine.

(3)   From any other source UNLESS specifically set apart by use of quotation marks and/or attribution of the source.

The violation Copyright infringement could possibly result in the criminal and/or civil prosecution of the owners of www.Sodho.com;. It will forbid any submissions to our directory.

Plagiarism:

 The submission an opinion or description as your own but if later proved to be someone else's work. It will consider as violation of right. This includes

(1)   Rewording and/or copying another editor's view, opinion and description or an opinion, view and description from another source and adding it as your own.

(2)   Rejecting an editor's site opinion and/or description and then adding it as your own.

Claiming to be a Representative of www.Sodho.com: No editor can claim to an official representative of www.Sodho.com. Every authority lies with the company itself.

Rule Express In Written:

Ability to place banners/search boxes or other materials which are officially distributed by www.Sodho.com, all other such representations are false unless authorized by express written consent of the owners and the person or persons who make such representations will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Pornographic Materials & Inappropriate Language:

Use of irreverent speech or off-color language will not be tolerated. Additionally, Sodho.com does not accept websites that contain material of a pornographic by nature nor we accept link to other sites that contain materials of a pornographic by nature. We do not accept advertisements that contain or link to sites that contain material of a pornographic by nature. This includes, but is not limited to, sites where age verification must be submitted or where nudity image is presented in such a way as may be deemed of a lustful, lascivious or clearly express as sexually in nature for the purposes of titillation. We will consider as violation of rule and regulation. 

This rule discards the following duties.

(1)   Web site submissions to our directory.

(2)   No longer discussion/comments/ ratings/reviews entered on editors' info pages.

(3)   The violation of this policy will discard posting any advertising/banner materials.

(4)   Editors will be not allowing to posts to our discussion forums.

(5)   Email sent to editors through the Sodho.com system; and/or facilities will no longer provide.

Multiple Identical Submissions:

The Submission the same website with the same site URL and/or opinion and/or description and/or keywords for more than one site. At the movement we realize that site is covering the same subject matter or a topic but in completely unique ways it will consider as duplicate site, we oath do not submit duplicate opinions, descriptions and/or keywords for sites.  

Abuse and/or Harassment of Another Editor:  

We strictly follow the sentence we expect our editors to conduct themselves in a polite and constructively helpful manner when interacting with each other. Harassing or abusive behavior by nature will not be tolerated. Nasty, Disgusting etc. argumentative and/or threatening emails, comments on info pages, vulgar comments, comment in ratings, instant messages and/or posts to the discussion forums are strictly prohibited.

Account Abuse:  The nature of the advertising click-through program. Certain provision are made and strictly enforced or follow. The Provision made are as follow

(1)   No body has more than one (1) active editor account.

(2)   No editor may work alone or in tandem with another editor in order to defraud the system to gain additional click-through.

Improper or excessive of Email and/or the www.Sodho.com Email System: Sending emails through editors' info pages for any reasons other than those relating to editing work at Sodho.com is forbidden. Misuse of the email address obtained by the Sodho.com will be cancel or terminated. Editor who sends spam email to another editor through the info page system will be termed as violation of rule and editors email address will/may be cancel. Email addresses obtained through contact with other Sodho.com editors will be terminated immediately.
